Making process: To prepare appropriate wood board (or glass, or acrylic, some time with gypsum board) as a base board, washed glaze or colored sand, and the design of drawings before making the enamel painting. At the first, the design of drawing to be printed on the base board, and then to glue wire on the base board according the line of the design, to get the toning in the palette with the colored sand and glue, drawing according the design and then to complete the painting. After the paint dried, we usually to fix and coat it with the epoxy resin as final process. Some time, we don’t need to coat them with the epoxy resin. We just fix them to the frame with glass window no epoxy resin coating according to the requirement of the customer.
